Tell us about your experience...

I have worked for a number of years tutoring in small groups and have tutored children, young people and adults for over 10 years, in schools and other educational settings, so I am exceptionally proficient at preparing students and adult learners to be the best they can be. As the founder of my own tutoring company; Steph's Tutoring: https://www.stephstutoring.co.uk/ I am a full time tutor. I believe that I'm a rare type of tutor because tutoring is my full-time job. Most tutors work part time; often fitting tutoring in between their 'proper job.' However I've found that in order to hone my craft, I work at this for a living, so that I can get the best out of you and play a crucial part in your learning experiences.

What locations do you tutor in?

I work from home in my Learning Studio in Sutton that is easily accessible to all my students and separate from my house, with its own entrance and exit. This allows to be a socially-distanced space and I can offer students a learning experience that is in a relaxed and spacious learning facility. Please follow this link for further information on my website: https://www.stephstutoring.co.uk/post/lockdown-relaxation-tutoring-and-face-to-face-learning-in-the-learning-studio I am also fully available to tutor online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other popular online platforms.

What is your personal message to students?

I believe that I may be able to assist you to empower your learning and experiences. I really enjoy seeing my students; whether they are adult learners, children or young people thrive in ways that they never thought possible and I still get a kick out of seeing a student get that 'light bulb moment' when they understand something they just didn't get before.
