As a private tutor in the History of Art from the Renaissance to Modern Art and in British history from the medieval period to the 20th century, I enjoy helping A-level, IB and university students achieve their potential, enhancing their research skills, analysis of source material, understanding of key issues, and effective essay writing, leading to raised grades. I am a published historian, a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, history consultant to several cultural organisations, hold the University of Oxford’s Diploma in the History of Art and an adult teaching qualification, and teach history in the University’s international programmes.
