Masters from University of Oxford (engineering and economics) . Maths and Further Maths A level (A grade being highest grade awarded in the 1980s), and two S level maths papers. Part PGCE trained Volunteer maths tutor to under performing schools.
How would you describe your teaching style?
I try to engender an interest of maths in pupils by relating its usefulness to everyday life where possible, and using real life applications. I believe maths is a subject where everything is related so by constantly circling back to previous topics, a concrete base of knowledge can be formed. I believe i have a fun, friendly and collaborative teaching style.

What is your personal message to students?
I hope I can help you build confidence in maths, as well as showing you how useful it will be to you throughout your life and removing any mystery or fear around maths being hard.
