About my teaching style: I consider myself a pragmatic teacher, who focuses on how best to meet the learning needs of my students. I like to grow a good rapport with you, where you can feel supported to develop confidence with your English language, in whatever way you use it for your studies or work. I love what I do, finding it rewarding to see a student’s confidence grow and develop. When English is not your first language, it can be a challenge to feel understood and to complete assignments for college or university. This can be overcome with a few good strategies, you can be reassured I have the know-how and the years of experience to help you achieve your study aims and successfully complete your work. Get in touch today! My background: I have been teaching for over 17 years, and have taught at all levels of linguistic ability, including first language speakers. I have taught General English, Conversation and Pronunciation, Business English and IELTS preparation. I now specialise in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and currently I teach at a leading Art and Design University in London.
