I am currently working as a full time tutor after completing my Masters Degree in Social Policy at the LSE. Before this, I was studying a BA in History at UCL. I have tutored numerous students their GCSEs and A - Levels. I use a personal approach finding out the students strengths and weaknesses before embarking on the best course of action.
How would you describe your teaching style?
My teaching style is very personalised based on the student. In the first lesson, I talk to the pupil about learning strategies and how best they feel that they learn. I then adopt a measure that the pupil understands. I utilise a range of formal and non-formal teaching methods.
