In this difficult time, it's important for everyone self isolating to look after their mental wellbeing. Keep busy, keep interested, learn new skills or work on improving current ones. As a professional musician of over 10 years and specialist instructor for a local authority I am now faced with an unprecedented influx of free time and now have more space available for teaching. Therefore I've decided to expand my teaching to online lessons so anyone anywhere can learn to play the bass. I also offer specific lessons in music theory for anyone wishing to study or enhance their own learning.

I am a graduate of Japanese from the University of London, and current student of Music Production at Newcastle College. I have lived in Japan for over 18 months. I learned French throughout my school life, and have spent a few months in France. I have studied music theory, and have been playing piano for over 18 years. I favour a laid-back approach, letting the student decide how much they want to learn and the direction in which they wish to take their lessons. Group lessons in languages are preferable, as I find it gives students more incentive and inspiration.

Hello! My name is Julia, I started playing the piano when I was 8 and I am a this year graduate with honours of a Polish 12-year music school with the specialisation in piano, therefore I got a Polish Professional Title- Musician. Throughout the years I took part and won prizes in many piano competitions in Poland and abroad. When I was 14 I started a band with my friends and discovered my great passion for composition; since then we've signed a contract with a label, released an album and played about 300 concerts in Europe and this autumn we also have a tour planned. I grew up surrounded by music and gained the industry experience at a very young age. My mom introduced me to Opera music and folklore, I personally love Scandinavian folk and acoustic. I am currently a student of Film Composition in London College of Music and I'd love to share my piano and music theory experience with others :)
