In June 2018 I graduated with 2:1 in Classics from the University of Durham and then immediately started a Masters in Classics at Kings College London graduating in October 2019 with a Merit. I have extensive experience in private tutoring. In my Upper Sixth, I I volunteered at a local primary school to teach Latin to Year 6. Throughout my time at university and over the last year I have used tutoring to support myself. For the last six month I have had a number of regular tutees, helping them towards their public exams in Latin and Classical Civilisation. I am an excellent communicator, a skill developed through my degrees and the plays and production teams I have been part of in student theatre. I love tutoring because the intimate setting allows me to form a relationship with a tutee and see how my input is having a real impact on their progress. I find it highly rewarding to tutor students in subjects I am passionate about. I am dedicated, driven and have excellent time management. I know will put my best work into helping my tutees learn and develop.
